Lepant Law Office, PC, LLO is a successor firm to the law offices of Merrell Andersen and the several partnerships that he was involved in over his thirty-five year career as a Nebraska attorney. David Lepant and Jonathan Eller, the firm's only attorneys, are joined by a competent staff of paralegals. Lepant Law Office, PC, LLO offers a variety of legal services to satisfy the needs of our clients. We are friendly and caring and strive to serve our clients to the best of our ability.

About Us
The attorneys at Lepant Law Office are licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska and serve the Southeast area of the state, including the major cities of Lincoln and Beatrice. Pictures of the various courthouses, in which we have practiced, may be viewed in the Courthouses of Nebraska section of this site. Our Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Dave and Jonathan meet with clients in either of our offices in Lincoln or Beatrice and also in hospitals, nursing homes or client homes.
