Buying and selling a home can be an expensive process. Lepant Law Office, PC, LLO enjoys helping our clients by acting as a Closing Agent, and we generally do not provide legal representation to either party. Our philosophy is that both Sellers and Buyers deserve to be treated fairly and justly in a real estate transaction. We provide all services necessary to complete the sale, including the contract, title insurance and closing of the transaction. We also draft land contracts and rent to own contracts that provide security to both buyer and seller. Regarding leases, we can provide residential landlords with a standard lease form and land owners with simple or complex farm leases. Let us be the 3rd party who helps you expertly close on your real estate transaction.
